Description
To begin with I want to convert my 16x12 shed into an ADU, a relatively small job. Add a bathroom and kitchenette. I've recently inherited a large empty residential lot and the means to develop it. I'll need a permit. The bank wants me to hire a general contractor qualified to pass their vetting process. I've been involved in lots of house building but I'm now too old to be hands-on, but I still want to be involved in the process. I want someone I can work with and who can work with me. He will have to be vaccinated. If all goes well, there will be more.
