Waterford Police Provide Update On Road Closures

WATERFORD, CT — Most roads are now open after downpours and flash flooding conditions overnight, according to a post from police. Old Colchester Road at the I-395 overpass is closed due to flooding and a tree into wires. Eversource is en route. Route 85 at I-95 is open one lane each way, but traffic is heavy and police said to expect delays. Schools are open but busses may be delayed due to road closures. Gardeners Wood Road is still closed.
