The Conquerors Community Development Corporation (CCDC) is inviting seniors in the community out for the day. Please join us in the Parking Lot of Victory Christian Center for a day out with friends to get information relating to your well-being, light refreshments and giveaways will also be available at no cost to you. Face mask are required and please remember to social distance. The vision of the CCDC is to build future outreach programs while exercising sound business practices, shared values and being attentive to the existing needs of the Southwest Philadelphia Community.
