Looking for a motivated detailer apprentice/skilled or not

Looking for a responsible detail assistant to learn the trade and assist me day to day. Skilled detailer would be preferred but willing to train the right individual. MUST HAVE reliable transportation, a good work ethic, A valid drivers license, Trust Worthy,honorable, positive attitude. Tools of the trade would be helpful but willing to help get the right candidate started with the basics and you can repay me back as we go. Have more work then i can handle by myself and need the help. Pay based on experience and qualifications. Assistant may lead to sending out on there own jobs that I provide once i know you can demonstrate my standard and commitment to a client. I have been building this business from the ground up since last year, my clients expect a standard above the rest of the competition, as i strive to provide.
