We are looking to add to our TEAM! We are currently hiring for a Project manager in our Home Builder / Production Division. Responsible for the day to day operations of 4-6 crews to manage all schedules, billings, field issues and more. JOB FUNCTIONS: - Responsible for all aspects of pricing, bidding and managing filed and office TEAM. - Supervision of all foreman, labors and warranty TEAMS. - Manage multi projects and builders - Responsible for planning and scheduling. - Works with clients and Construction managers to assure quality and schedules being met. - Work with client with change orders; produce client billings; responsible for the profitability of the Division - Create and manage quality walks - Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed - Assemble and coordinate project staff and subcontractors - Snow removal experience EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous project management experience - Construction experience a plus++ - Experience in people management and strategic planning - Experience in problem solving and able to identify and correcting for potential liabilities - Flexable - Driven - desire to succeed - Proficient Computer Skills - Basic Math, including calculations using fractions, percentages, and/or ratios; area calculations, and the ability to read scale. - Able to work irregular hours, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. - Ability to communicate proficiently in verbal and written English, Spanish is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Project Management: 1 year (Preferred) Landscape: 2 years (Preferred) Construction WILLING TO TRAIN RIGHT PERSON
