NEW MILFORD, CT — The Housatonic River flooded over Route 7 at the intersection with Bridge Street Thursday morning, according to a police Facebook post. Westbound Bridge Street traffic and southbound Route 7 traffic have been detoured via Fort Hill Road and Sunny Valley Road. Northbound Route 7 traffic is being detoured via Sunny Valley Road and Fort Hill Road.
