Your space would be approximately 380 square feet. There is adequate power for your needs including, 220- 3 phase. We are trying to keep dust and smell/dust down in this area therefor no woodworkers, re-finishers or welders. SEEKING, jeweler, stained glass artist, sculptors who sculpt in wax, seamstress, mask maker, oil or acrylic painter ( no natural light ) or mixed media artist.
