Wilde Lake Community Association is seeking a responsible individual to provide a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) and requires attendance at Monday evening meetings once or twice a month.
The Program Administrative Assistant provides support and assistance to the Village Manager, Wilde Lake Village Board and WLCA staff. The Program Administrative Assistant greets Slayton House guests, answers phone inquiries, assists community members & visitors in addition to creating a weekly e-newsletter and updating the WLCA website. The Program Administrative Assistant assists with art gallery administration and special events such as Village elections.
Candidates should have effective communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of office equipment. Familiarity with Constant Contact and WordPress is a plus.
