need help to remove ceiling mold & pump water HVAC out of return duct

My tenant of my condo unit reported ceiling in the living room and dining room having had molds. See this short video and attached pictures. I already identified the source of the moisture, which is from the duct connected to the big kitchen return. See this short video (showing water sitting in the bottom of kitchen return duct): and attached pictures. I need help with removing the ceiling mold and removing water from the kitchen duct so as to temporarily mitigate the situation (while the condo Association is working on fixing the water leak that has caused so much water in the kitchen return duct. please reply this ad with confidence, and preferably with a quote/estimate for the work described above.
