PHILADELPHIA — All City of Philadelphia buildings are closed Thursday due to impacts from Hurricane Ida's remnants. City employees are urged to work from home to avoid travel. Additionally, trash and recycling collections will go on in unaffected ares, but delays in collections should be expected.
