CHICAGO — A vehicle fire is at Harlem Avenue is causing major traffic delays on the Kennedy Expressway, state police said. Illinois State Police said the delays will likely add about 40 minutes to the outbound commute and are causing significant traffic from O'Hare International Airport to the Jane Byrne Interchange.
