Unique live-in or live-out opportunity (please specify your preference) for English-speaking experienced childcare provider and household manager. Work a flexible 45 hour per week schedule to assist with caring for 7 year old girl, 5 year old boy, and 3 year old girl. **No weekend hours (unless you want them). We're seeking some relief/assistance with child care, preparing children's meals, cooking dinner twice a week, laundry, errands, and light house work (we pay a cleaning service to deep clean the house every 4 weeks so there's no heavy cleaning work expected). We live in a nice/safe neighborhood, and our house has some extra amenities including an in-ground pool and extensive home gym with 5 high-end cardio machines including a Peloton bike and Peloton treadmill. Unique opportunity that includes a relaxing and fun work environment. Three playful kids. Requires newborn experience since we have more kiddies planned (#4 arriving mid November, God willing!). Requires current driver's license and good driving record. We have a newer Lincoln Navigator SUV. We used to rent out the separate lower level living space for $1,150/month. It's a great space with private entrance and private full bathroom -- and very spacious at just under 2,000 square feet! **You will NOT be "on duty" outside of your designated 45 hour work schedule. Besides providing your room/board (entire lower level -- see included photos), includes an hourly rate depending upon experience and skill set. **Min $120 paid daily + $20/hr overtime. Paid major holidays plus ten days of paid vacation each year. Minimum $10/day raise each year. You add your grocery items to the list, and we add them to our grocery delivery order. Start date of Sept 15 or Oct 1. Potential for multi-year assignment. Must speak fluent English, have meaningful applicable experience, and have strong references.
