Small to medium, grey with graphics. Could be from somewhat older model. Saw it while traveling in Rochester on ramp going South on Rt 590 to 490 West. The ramp is single lane with barrier walls on both sides and no way to safely pull over. You would need to get help from Monroe County and/or NYS Police to retrieve it.
