Put Down Black Dirt and Reseed Parts of Yard

Need help + labor spreading new black dirt on yard bare spots then reseeding over the new dirt. You will need a wheelbarrow and shovels. I can have black dirt dropped in my driveway and I'll provide the grass seed. Need to loosen up packed down old dirt before laying down new.
