Construction/General Labors Needed *A world class commercial construction company is seeking excited & motivated workers to be a part of their team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a booming industry with an attractive starting wage of $17 an hour (up to $20 for any construction/electrical experience).* ***After a 4 month performance review contractors are eligible for a 20% raise. The low voltage industry is rapidly growing in the Des Moines Metro with five plus years of work left to be completed on this project alone. Please contact Ethan at 424.531.6086 if interested!*** Additional Value for Employees: -weekly pay, weekly overtime, full-health benefits & 401K matching -Room for advancement/raises after 4 months. -Variety in daily responsibilities- not the same thing every single day. - On-site Training Shift: 7am-3:30pm (7am- 5:30pm w/overtime) Mon-Fri with Sat OT available No specific prior experience required: - Open to all experience not limited to, manufacturing, fast food, retail, etc as all positions are trained (All positions will be thoroughly trained onsite) -6 months of prior employment preferred Job Responsibilities: -All work is performed on the Facebook Data Center -Duties include pulling of fiber optic cable and termination of Cat 5 – Cat6 cable -Utilize hand tools and power tools to build and assemble data server racks -Installing wall out lets, modular furniture, route cable through wall, pipe, and furniture using a fish tape or other methods. -Must be able to work in all-weather elements and comfortable working on an active construction site
