Biden made some inaccurate claims in the interview -- which was released in part on Wednesday and in full on Thursday -- plus some other claims that, at least, could have used some more context. It says volumes when CNN is telling you that a democratic president is not telling the truth. The surrender of entire Afghan army divisions over the past week, the Taliban took control of billions worth of American-made weapons and equipment, including small arms, Humvees, pickup trucks, aircraft and drones. “What we are seeing now is these weapons, which have ended up in the hands of the Taliban, will probably circulate in the region for many decades to come, some of this equipment is going to end up in the hands of al Qaeda and other bad actors, it's inevitable,” said Colin Clarke, director of policy and research. The Facts The Taliban took possession of equipment left behind at the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Monday, according to a reporter who stayed behind following the end of the U.S. withdrawal. "We're here right now with the Taliban as they enter … what was only minutes ago … an American-controlled portion of the military airport," Nabih Bulos, a foreign correspondent for the Los Angeles Times, said in a video posted to Twitter. "Now, they've taken over." Taliban fighters, dressed in U.S. military uniforms, can be seen in the video inspecting Chinook helicopters and wielding U.S. weapons as they patrol the airport, which was previously under U.S. control amid efforts to evacuate thousands from the country. The $83 billion figure — technically, $82.9 billion — comes from an estimate in the July 30 quarterly report by the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY IT IS ONLY 24 BILLION DOLLARS THEY LEFT. AND THEY WANT TO RASIE TAXES AGAIN. US Central Command said that the US evacuated all troops from Afghanistan. General Kenneth McKenzie added that the US, 'did not get out everyone who we wanted to get out.' Biden Dodges Reporters Questions Again In Press Event That Was Delayed For Several Hours
