I have a full home renovation, its a 1996 split level that's down to the studs. I have all plans, scope of work, and finishes ready. I've been a remodeling carpenter, and project manager for 15 years. Looking to have a good team to work with on this, and future projects. If you're a General Contractor that would like to partner on this project, I would be interested in setting up a time to scope out the project. HVAC: Need all new HVAC system installed, including all duct work. Plumbing: Rough-in plumbing for kitchen, 3 baths, and wet bar. Then final install. Electrical: Need a new 20amp panel, along with wiring the entire home. Insulation: Need insulation for the entire home. Drywall install, and finishing. Flooring: Installing engineered hardwood throughout. Tile in bathrooms. Trim work: Cabinet install, 14 doors, casing, and base. Possible faux beams on vaulted ceiling. Windows and Siding: Installing all new vinyl windows, and 2 patio doors. Installing new vinyl siding. Please reply with the area you'd be able to help with, and the best contact info.
