Performing vocalist seeks EXPERIENCED keys, cajon or small drum set, bassist and guitarist for acoustic sets in restaurants, weddings and outdoor gigs. Left the clubs and have no intention to go back to them. I have been performing jazz standards and blues in restaurants for the past 10 years to keep my chops up. However, I am actually looking to do outreach for a lost and depressed generation. If you have a heart for the lost, can easily pick up and follow or lead as necessary, and lost your ego long ago, feel free to reply. But experience is a must regardless of your look or age. I am experienced in funk, jazz, reggae, blues, rap and have been preforming for over 20 years and am content doing Jazz standards, but have a deep yearning to reach this lost generation with original music. Will do an open-mic to audition once I get enough responses. Please send me 1 or 2 recordings to be considered. If you don't have any, maybe we can work something else out.
