Found.....need help ASAP

looks like a mini aussie/collie mix looks to have been hit or neglected. i cant take her in need someone fast tonight to help find her owner and provide shelter til then very gentle to ppl. please call ... shelter is closed and i have 4 dogs as is....need help!!!.... she is in need of a vet and I have no vehicle or way to tend to her
