We are looking to add reliable employees to our amazing team. We are currently seeking experienced Climbers / Forman and Groundman positions. As well as experienced landscapers. Experience requirements listed below for each position. *Climber/Foreman* • Leadership Skills-safely lead your crew to complete jobs • Ability to do proper trimming of all trees – from Small Ornamentals to Large Shade Tree’s • Ability to do Large Technical Removals Safely with the use of Rope and Saddle and Technical Crane Removals • Operate Heavy Equipment, such as Boom Trucks, Chippers and Skid Steers • Drivers License is a big plus (Most Trucks are Rated under CDL) • Experience Driving medium duty trucks with chipper or trailer is a plus • Starting pay $20-$40 per hour w/other incentives & possible Sign on Bonus depending on Experience *Groundman* • Valid Driver’s License (Huge Plus) • Chainsaw Experience • Running Ropes for climber to rig down safely • Experience with Chippers and Chipper Maintenance • Reliability • Leadership Skills on Ground • Experience on how to run ground cleanup and maintain safe work zone at all times • Starting pay $16-$25 per hour *Landscapers* • Valid Driver’s License (Huge Plus) • Heavy Equipment experience, such as Skid Steers, Trenchers, etc. • All phases of Landscape from irrigation installation, Retaining Walls, Pavers, etc. • Starting pay $16-$30 per hour
