Class B driver trying to get Class A. Help, please?

I’m sure its a long shot on here but I’ll ask anyway. I currently have a CDL Class B license and am looking to try and get a Class A. I’m running into the issue of finding a truck and trailer to take test in and i also have a full time job (Monday-Thursday), so taking off 3-6 weeks for a CDL Training Class is out of the question too. Is there maybe another way to go about getting this done?
