BBSI has clients in Lane and Douglas Counties needing Professional Cleaners. Jobs may include commercial cleaning, janitorial services, construction cleanup and residential cleaning. Various positions available for day and night shifts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE • Following assigned schedules for cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning surfaces, sanitizing sinks and toilets, refilling supplies • Performing the finishing touches of construction or turn over: cleaning walls, mopping floors, wipe down, general cleaning. • Maintaining safe workspace during cleaning to ensure safety of others • Mixing cleaning solutions according to manufacturer’s specifications while wearing appropriate PPE QUALIFICATIONS • At least one (1) year of cleaning or janitorial experience • Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and directions • Ability to be organized and detail-oriented • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people • History of being punctual, having good work attendance, and mutual team respect • Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Ability to work in an environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a great attitude • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including the ability to be on your feet for an entire shift • Ability and willingness to possibly travel to sites throughout Oregon • Ability to lift 35 LBS PAY RATE • $13 to $16/hr DOE Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
