I am a mother of 5 older children, I've been parenting 18 years. I am a good listener, I have patience and I know how to be stern as well. I feel speaking on different levels with different age ranges is a way of understanding children's needs. I can follow strict orders made by parents no problem. I like to have fun, interact with children, spend quality time, I believe its important. Any age is ok with me I've cared for them all. My neices and nephews say that I'm their favorite aunty. At the end of a tuff day my children say I'm the best mom. So no worries your children are in good hands.
