Description

I am assisting a young, paraplegic woman who lives in her own home. She needs a Registered Nurse who will assess her nursing needs, write nursing plans for her that can be understood by her staff, and provide training and delegation to her staff who will perform two daily nursing tasks. You will also teach her staff techniques on using a hoyer lift for transfers and repositioning. Currently, she has six caregivers and training is needed for new staff, along with retraining all staff. She does not require her RN to be vaccinated for Covid. That means that although you may be vaccinated you may train staff who are not. She would prefer that vaccination status not be discussed so that staff and nurse can work together without conflict.
