American Workforce Group has partnered with a Aircraft parts manufacturing company who is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. They need someone who is self motivated and has the ability to work alone or as a team. Mechanical assembly of aircraft interior products. If you're a motivated and qualified individual and have the necessary experience for this type of position, WE WANT YOU!     Description for Mechanical Assembler: Must be proficient in using common hand tools Able to read and follow blue prints, drawings, parts list and process specifications Measures parts and features to determine specified dimensions and tolerances, often within +/- 0.010” Drills, taps, reams, countersinks, and spot faces bolt holes in parts Bolts, screws, and rivets parts together Have a working knowledge of proper riveting techniques Fabricates components per drawing i.e. cut, drill, radius, etc. Modifies parts per drawing i.e. cut, drill, radius, etc. Disassembles and replaces parts as required Mix and apply adhesives per process specifications Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies Marks identifying information on parts Maintains part preservation during manufacturing and use to ensure no damage Operates with FOD awareness Follow all PPE requirements per process specifications, Safety Data Sheet or manufacturer’s requirements Use computer systems to track hours worked on orders, record materials used and to access drawings, work instructions and other data needed      Details for Mechanical Assembler: Pay:$15 - $17 DOE Monday - Friday Day shifts Temp to Full time opportunity     Requirement for Mechanical Assembler: High school diploma Must be organized Work well with a team Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently as needed Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Back ground restrictions may apply Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required Have basic knowledge of the use and maintenance of common shop tools   To apply for this and other positions, please visit our website at www.americanworkforcegroup.com or send your resume to cowlitzjobs @americanworkforcegroup. com.
