Large Condominium Association situated between the ocean and the river with a Marina and 9-hole golf course. We are looking to fill three positions:
1. Full-time entry-level Janitorial position. Ideal Candidate has experience cleaning. This position involves cleaning floors, doors, windows, fire sprinkler pipes and outdoor common areas.
2. Full-time entry-level or experienced Maintenance Handyman. Ideal candidate is someone who is able to work outside performing minor construction (must be able to operate drills, hammers, saws ect...) as well as inside work repairing drywall, small electrical and plumbing repairs.
3. Full-time painter who will exclusively paint fire sprinkler pipes, doors, walls and also will be responsible for 7-floor parking garage with a walk behind vacuum and broom and dust pan.
All candidates MUST be punctual and dependable! All positions offer a healthcare option as well as paid vacation after specified term of employment. Work day is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (Possible Saturday morning shifts overtime). No weekend work required. Position requires self-motivation, responsible and reliable work ethic, pride in workmanship, attention to detail and ability to work well with others within the maintenance team. MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!
