I am a father of 3 renting a house that I was oversold on I was told the house would be fixed up but instead he took my money gave me the key to a house of horrors and he won’t fix anything the landlord won’t fix the floors are falling in every room the ceilings are dipping the roof leaks in multiple places needs a new roof pretty sure it hasn’t had one in 30 years and beginning to crack the bathroom floor has sunk so far I can see the two by four wall separated from its plate. We don’t have many options we are looking for some land to buy in VA that we could start building our forever home on but for right now we have to get out of here immediately it’s unsafe in this house and I fear for my children.
