Professional Recruiters Group is working with a client that is an innovative leader in the development and manufacturing of high-quality prototype and production products to over 50 automotive, industrial, and marine customers for both gas and diesel applications, including Spun-formed, stuffed, and wrapped catalytic converters, Fabricated products, Exhaust system assemblies, Dual-substrate mufflers, Stampings and Water-jacketed exhaust manifolds. We are looking for motivated production workers to join our growing organization. 1st Shift Hours: 6:30am – 5pm or 6:00am -4:30pm (Overtime as desired). Starting Wage: $17/hour Key Responsibilities: Operate production equipment. Assemble / Inspect parts. Store products and materials Observe the 5S standards: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain. These steps involve putting things in order and cleaning workspaces on a regular basis. Report on defective products or machinery Keep the worksite clean. Review and follow manufacturing rules. Follow the company’s safety and quality guide . Requirements: Driver License / State Issued ID High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing /general labor/ production experience preferred but not required. Willing to undergo Drug screening and background check. Willingness to learn (Paid Training available) Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually (30 -50pounds) Good communication and teamwork skills
