Build360, LLC, Construction (part of the RE360 family) is looking for an experienced and ambitious maintenance technician with a broad skill set for both residential and commercial maintenance to join our portfolio of +550 properties. Qualifications: - Needs to be able to interact and communicate with tenants in a professional & respectful manner. - Must be able to fix most property related issues correctly and professionally. - Ability to openly communicate if you are unsure how to approach a maintenance issue. - Be willing to learn and adopt company processes. - Must be able to prioritize maintenance requests based on cost and precedence - Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. - Must have basic hand tools. More extensive tools provided. - Must have a working cell phone. Must be available for rotating on-call weekends and occasional evening work. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour based on experience Experience: - Maintenance: 1 year (Required) - Plumbing: 1 year (Beneficial but not required) - Electrical: 1 year (Beneficial but not required) - Framing/Drywall: 1 year (Beneficial but not required) On-the-job training provided.
