Need two flat tires changed/tow

So someone slashed two of my tires and now i need to changed them. I need someone to remove the tires and drive.5 miles away to get new tires and put them back on my car. If you have the right tools should take about a hour. I am pretty broke I can only afford $30 dollars. Please no phone calls only text. If the add is still up that means i still need help
