Frye Rd and S. 56st St. The job that we have open at the current time would require the following: • 5 days a week Monday to Friday • Starting time 3 PM until and ending at 11 PM • Pay starts at $16 per hour • Be able to pass an E-Verify and background check • Have your own reliable transportation vehicle • Must be able to read and speak English • Must have at least 1 year experience working in the janitorial industry • Be able to lift at least 40 lbs. • Be able to work with another partner • Good communication skills This job is straight janitorial cleaning which includes cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, individual offices, cubicle areas, sweep, mopping, weekly dusting, emptying trash and recycle, cleaning of showers and equipment in customer's spa and gym area. Cleaning of several small outdoor patio areas which would require using a leaf blower and duster for furniture. The job is shared with another employee, but you would be the lead and person responsible to make sure the scope of work is followed for each area. All specialty work such as outside window washing, carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning is performed by another crew. We pay every two weeks.
