IDR Moving & Storage Is Seeking to Hire (2) Employees Mover/Driver Responsibilities: Conducting vehicle checks and managing supplies given to you Being on time for morning meetings Be a top detailed performer (proper white glove wrapping, loading trucks, moving, hanging art, etc.) Managing Communications with the IDR customers, team players and the Office Resolve Client Concerns and Promote Feedback for Positive Growth Conducting Site Surveys and Estimates for Moving & Restoration Jobs When asked Delivering and properly packing a wide variety of furniture items Able to work in homes at times that have been affected by fire or water damage Following and distributing the delivery driving routes and time schedules Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle Inventory Management Control Job Description: We are looking for a White Glove Mover/Driver that has the ability to offer white glove service and that has a positive attitude to lead the White Glove moving team. i.e. moving large items, hanging high end art, shelves, and chandeliers. IDR works in three different arenas all pertaining to moving. We work for designers, house moves and restoration clients (. All of the field team employees will need to distribute products promptly to our customers). You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. White Glove Mover Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of furniture and other items to different addresses throughout the metro area and Arizona Customer service has to be top notch Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle (usually a 26 Ft. box truck) Hang high end art, paintings etc. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints Collect payments Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards requirements Proven working experience as a mover of content's Valid driver’s license with good driving record with no traffic violations Ability to operate large box trucks in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school degree
