Our Event Staff helps orient visitors when they arrive at the haunted house property. They work near our main entrance, guiding guests and groups through the entry process by helping them find the appropriate line, answering event questions, checking tickets, and providing exceptional customer service.
At times, event staff will serve as ushers sending small groups into the haunted house at prescribed time intervals. Some event staff also assist with small onsite operations such as the Mini-Escape Games and Photo Opportunities. This position requires energy and patience!
