Cleaner Job Summary Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. The cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Duties will include, but are not limited to vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, bathroom services, window cleaning, baseboard cleaning, light fixture cleaning, ceiling fan cleaning, garage sweep out. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Pay is $13 per hour during 90 day probation period, with a increase to $15 per hour after probation. Opportunity to make tips and commissions available, weekly pay via check or direct deposit. Company car provided with opportunity for personal vehicle allowance while company car magnet applied to vehicle doors. Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities • Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, surface areas, and counter surfaces • Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors • Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed • Disposing of trash from bins and containers • Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed • Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms • Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors • Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products • Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products • Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy • Cleaning of kitchen cabinets inside and out, refrigerator inside and out, stove and microwave inside and out. • Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job • Interact with home owners, office managers, production staff, contractors as to job request, completion requirements and any special request. Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications • Ability to follow verbal directions • Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team • Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties • Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills • Pays attention to detail when cleaning • Organized and able to follow a schedule • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education • Must have drivers license with a clean DMV history report including no DWI, speeding or other moving infractions within 3 years, social security number or eligible work visa required. • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds • General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning • Able to work day, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays a plus but required (multiple shifts available) • Able to read, write, and speak English, additional pay available for bilingual Spanish speaking applicants • Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience required For more details please contact Ray at 505.489.5407 or through email provided in reply.
