Welcome to BMOC a property management company on the NE side and downtown of Madison. We service apartments, single-family homes, and condos. We are now looking to add another maint. supervisor to our team!!!! In this position, you will be working with two other maintenance techs on daily work orders, lawn care, preventive maintenance, and also turnover and renovations.
