Sun conure for rehoming

This is my buddy Echo. He is a 2 1/2 year old sun conure. They live to be about 30. I have had Echo for about 6 months now but life has changed for me and I need to take a second job. he is suffering from my not being home all the time. He came from a severe neglect case and has a major hand phobia that I have been working too. I can now get him to accept treats from my hands no problem but he will not step up onto them. He flies to my shoulder and hangs out with me no problem however. He seems to prefer females. He would do best in a home with other birds I think as he adores my partners cockatiel. He has also been around cats and dogs and does fine with everyone. I am going to be picky about who he goes too as I care about him very deeply. I got him for 700 and am asking 350 for just him. For 40$ I can throw in his cage and all his toys. MUST be able to MEET in belleville or ypsilanti michigan as my vehicle sucks. will not answer phone calls but will answer texts.
