Hey Craigslist, I'm looking for run-down looking houses in DFW, and I will pay you up to $2400 per month to find them. Your job is to find 50 to 100 houses per day that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign): Examples of houses that you would look for: Stuffed-full mailbox Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Tall grass Handicap ramp Window Unit Air Conditioners Hasn't been sold in the last year (I'll give you an app to be able to tell) I'll give you a specific neighborhood to drive. You'll be able to find 100+ houses in these neighborhoods daily over the next week, and I'll pay you $12 - $15 per hour, as long as you find 25-30 of these houses per hour.
