Maintenance Technician One of Ann Arbors premier property management companies in search of a full time maintenance technician to be a part of our Maintenance team for daily operations of our 198 unit apartment complex in Jackson, Michigan. Primary responsibilities: • Maintain and repair HVAC including hot water heaters, pool pumps, etc. • Basic plumbing and electrical skills are necessary. • Small appliance repair. • Repair/replace locks, cylinders, rekeying and key cutting. • Snow removal • Any and all duties having to do with maintenance and repair of our beautiful community. Requirements: • Must possess excellent customer service and resident relation skills. • Professional appearance. • Strong problem solving skills. • Able to work independently and as a team. Attention to detail. • Valid Driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle. • Must be able to access roofs and occasionally lift heavy objects. • Must be able to share “on call” responsibilities which include evening, weekends and holidays. This will require you to be within close proximity to the property. On-site housing can be considered after a probation period. Benefits: Competitive wages including health insurance.
