We are looking for a home to buy. We don’t want to pay high cost of getting a realtor so we are trying to buy a home. For sale by owner, if you are an owner and do not want to pay someone else for selling your home, message me. We are looking for a 2+ bedroom, with 1.5 baths or more, garage, yard and the basics. A dining room would be wonderful. We are looking in the north side of the Waukesha area close to I 94, Pewaukee, Delafield, Hartland, Merton, Oconomowoc, Genesee, and the Dousman area, so if anything north of Milwaukee county. We do have a budget, so we are not looking for anything over $225,000. House needs to be ready to move in. Not looking for anything with the bad foundation issues, no fixer-upper’s, no roof repairs.
