1/2 acre parcel in the city/Gresham needs mowing and weed-eating. I need the job completed by this Saturday 9/4. Job is mostly mowing grass that is probably 2-3 feet tall. Some weed-eating to clean up around trees. The lot is totally flat and level. Job Pays: $250 The address of the property is 2755 NE Hogan Gresham, OR 97030. GPS: 45.51634003260405, -122.41287713597102 This is a vacant lot that is surrounded by an apartment complex. There is a large red and white For Sale sign on the property. Take a look at the property and job before quoting me. There are images of the parcel attached. I need to see pic's/video of your equipment. A landscaper with experience is preferred. We will pay same day as you show us proof that the lot has been mowed. I will need a video of you on the lot with the For-Sale sign in the video before you mow. Once you're done with the job, send another video of the parcel mowed and weeded with the For Sale sign in the ad. We will pay by Paypal or Venmo the same day.
