Well established plumbing company looking to fill an Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator position. Ideally, you have prior experience in the inventory or warehouse industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and vendors. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. The primary objective is to perform: Work involves receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing materials and supplies for a central storage warehouse and service trucks. Tasks require some physical labor in the loading and unloading of goods received and to be delivered. Work is routine and directed by established procedures with instructions provided for new and unusual assignments. The employee resolves simple problems with more complex problems referred to the supervisor. Errors should be revealed during periodic inventory or through occasional observation and may result in low inventory and budget problems. Must communicate with the Owner/Bookkeeper about spending budget at all times. The employee works independently with general supervision. Completes assigned projects given by upper management/Owner. Specific Responsibilities: Ordering materials and necessary items for warehouse Locating material for Field Technicians Issuing and tracking all purchase orders for warehouse and Field Technicians Managing Uniform Service Account Keeping track of and scheduling all vehicle and equipment maintenance General Grounds keeping Software System Management for pricing and material Inventory Control Job Requirements: Prior industry experience is a must Must be able to lift 100lbs Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Good driving record is a must, the job may require driving company vehicles Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently Must be dependable & reliable Must be organized and be able to multitask Benefits: • Health Insurance (Company pays a portion of the premium) • 401K with company contribution • Take-home company vehicle • Paid Time Off • Uniform Service • Costco Membership (after 90 days
