Rilite Aggregate is looking to fill the following positions: Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator • Applicant must have equipment operating experience. • Knowledge of Caterpillar and Volvo equipment • Great communication skills both verbally and hand signals • Operation of crushing/screening plants is a plus but not required • Experience in any of the following equipment- Loaders, Articulated haul trucks, dozers, excavators, and water trucks, skid steers • Knowledgeable in basic preventative maintenance procedures (oils, greasing, fueling) • Pay ranges start from $18-$19/hr based on experience Entry level Operator/Lube Tech: Main job duties will be clean up around crushing/screening plant utilizing a Caterpillar skid steer. • Hand work is required-shoveling, raking, sweeping, maintenance tasks • Must be able to lift 75lbs • Training on various heavy equipment • General Maintenance work around crushing and screening plants • Daily Fueling, Greasing, and Equipment Services • Great communication skills both verbally and hand signals • Pay ranges start from $15/hr-$17/hr Delivery Driver • Must have a class A or B commercial license • Experience in Dump Truck operation preferred • Driver may be utilized in the daily quarry operations as needed • Flexible hours available • Overtime available • Pay ranges start from $20/hr All Applicants must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have reliable transportation • Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance • 401k Retirement: Company will match up to 5% • Overtime available • MSHA training will be provided if hired ALL interested applicants can email a resume or drop off in person to at 3025 Mill Street Reno, NV 89502 or 9208 Western Skies Drive Reno, NV.
