Fence and landscape installers needed

Desert Landscapers is looking to hire all skill level installers to keep up with demand. Are you able to install fencing ? Can you run irrigation lines, dig and install plants, install sod/turf, run drainage lines, build retaining walls etc? Can you also install pavers and/or tile on concrete? Depending upon your skill level you can make $150-$400 per day and be paid every Friday. Your interview is on site- you show up and work for the day with our crew chief and if he is impressed he will hire you. If he is not, he will fire you, pay you for the day, and send you on your way. We have a backlog of jobs so if you're looking for a steady paycheck you are welcome here. Our install teams are growing rapidly and we need to promote some into management positions. You must treat every one of our customer's properties as if it is your own and be honest and kind with your co-workers. You'll need transportation to the job site each day regardless of where in San Diego county that is. We try to keep our installers close to home as much as possible but some longer drives are possible. We are in need of BOTH experienced people as well as inexperienced people. You can switch and come work for us and be paid more or start a new career at the ground floor and we'll train you so you can move to the top. We are mainly looking for hard working, ambitious people that have the right personality to work with the others. No slackers need apply.
