Buying a lake property on Lake Freeman, Monticello, IN. Looking for hard workers, removing rotted damaged wood siding on 2 sheds + boat house. Replace with T-111. I can order material and have delivered. If you do good work I will have more odd jobs. Must be respectful, hard working and no drinking/drugs. I pay cash after inspection of work. I supply material with your written material list, you supply labor only. Paid on completion with signed contract. I would also like to have wave runner lift installed and canopy installed on existing boat lift if possible. I'm looking now close the end of September. I would like to have crew lined up and ready to go.
