We can’t make ourselves anymore clear.You must be able bodied enough to do this labor intensive work. You must have some level of heat tolerance (at least for the next few days)cooler temps are just around the corner. Must be able to communicate well.Must have a temperament that can remain cool headed and professional.most of this work is residential so were picky.We won’t be bullied or threatened or manipulated anymore than you want to be.We need you to have your own transportation to and from work with no surprises!We ask that you have one reference from someone who you have worked for.Even if you can’t remember the name of person you worked for at least have name of business you worked for.Only serious minded person’s need apply.Must not be on your phone.Must be on time.and professional demeanor.this is not mowing/maintenance this is landscaping trees rocks shrubs fountaims.not looking for teams. just one person.we don’t/wont have you meet at job site.we will provide your transportation to job sites.must have some sort of I.D verifying who you are. This is realitivily easy work,by most accounts but must be able to life 75 lbs.No experienced required.must be present.You will be treated with respect,fairness,good work ethic just as we will demand you do the same in return.Should we havebeen mislead and your clearly not suited for this gig(and we know it with in seconds)than we reserve the right to terminate your services.No text only hires.
