Woodside Village Senior Apartments and Southridge Assisted Living is now hiring a Maintenance Director. This position can be full time or part time, depending on the candidate. This position is perfect for a retired person or someone who is looking for a fun work environment. Candidates must be able to perform and direct all building and ground maintenance functions, including, but not limited to: -Painting -Drywall repair -Carpet cleaning -Basic plumbing and electrical -Light construction -Various "honey-do" type jobs -Mowing and leaf blowing -Snow shoveling Candidates must: -Have a valid drivers license -Be able to lift at least 50 pounds -Have some tools -Be able to pass a background check and drug screening Please call or text to set up an interview.
