Classic rock band with Baby Boomer musicians in Westchester, Orange County and New Jersey seeking to replace outgoing drummer. If you sing all the better, but not a deal breaker. We have a club PA. We have 5 cds of original music released. We are 'mature' (OLDER), Baby Boomer musicians but still rocking. We have NOT lost the desire to do it, and do it well. We cover BEATLES, STONES, DOORS, ALAN PARSONS, CHICAGO, THE WHO, MOODY BLUES, STEELY DAN, ELTON JOHN, THE GUESS WHO, BADFINGER, PROCOL HARUM, NEIL YOUNG, DOOBIE BROTHERS and of course we average about 6 originals per show. Our original music is classic rock based in this vein, and is well received. Some original music was featured on VH1. We are driven, but easy going and friendly, welcoming to new suggestions and want a COLLABORATOR as we are considering some more original tunes, so, not just a player. Now the difficult part: We are based in New Windsor NY. We are looking to gig, and have a following mostly in Bergen County and Westchester, but we are open to expanding out. The ideal situation would be to find someone in these areas but certainly someone not adverse to traveling there from this area, or here to rehearse. Due to time constraints, we can only get together 1-2 times monthly, but we do our homework, and usually have long sessions. Also we have been rehearsing during the day, usually on a Wednesday.
