Need: Cleanup of home Exterior and Interior

I need a landscape company to cleanup the exterior of my rental home. I need the palms trimmed, lawn cut, and all garbage cleaned up when tenant leaves...I would like to list the home so I need someone who can get the exterior ready for sale...in addition I would like the interior of the house scrubbed clean and made ready for showings...I am not looking to do repairs at this time, I just want it to look really good for listing...it has been occupied for 12 years...please contact me if you have the right equipment to do the job...zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol...dont even bother to give me an estimate if you cannot do the job well at a reasonable price. Not quite ready for the interior cleaning but will be very soon
