Vacation Rentals We are in need of a maintenance person for our beach vacation properties in Indian Shores and Indian Rocks Average 25 - 30 hours per week. Requirements: Local (within a 10 minute drive from Indian Shores) Flexible work schedule, on call at times Basic handyman skills some examples of duties: Check units, make punch list, caulk tubs, organize yard and yard furniture, touch up painting, rake beach path, clean trash areas Vehicle / Having a truck is a bonus Does not need supervision If you are interested, let us know why you would be the person for this job.
