Someone to install hood/vent in food truck

Do you have experience installing a commercial hood and vent in a food truck? Are you insured? Do you have on-island references of your work? If so, I would like to hear from you. I need a 10' hood and vent installed in a step van that is on its way to becoming a mobile kitchen. If you have built food trucks--plumbing, electrical, all that--let's talk soon.
